~ Obituary ~

    Mr. Tremayne Zel Rogers was born December 31, 1972 to the union of Charlie and Dorothy Ann Rogers in Patterson, New Jersey. Upon the untimely death of his mother, he was raised by his late grandparents, Johanna and Richard Rogers of Gresham, South Carolina and Ester Lee White of Centenary, South Carolina. He departed his life on August 12, 2021 at McLeod Regional Medical Center.

    He attended the public schools of Marion County and enjoyed working in the carpentry field. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends near and far. His vivacious and giving spirit will be missed by many.

    Tremayne is survived by his father, Charlie G. (Jackie) Rogers; his children: Ze’KiaCrawford, Tre’Von Crawford and KierianTownsend; grandchildren: Ny’Ahni Crawford and Harmony Townsend.

    He leaves to cherish precious memories; his siblings: Tasha Rogers, Charlise Singleton, Sabrina Gee, Takiya Rogers, KameshaRogers, Corey Rogers, Tyarti Gearld, Cree Rogers, Christine Hill and Willie Herriot and the late Aswan Rogers; aunts: Georgia Mae Bellamy, Ozella Pressley and Lottie Davis; uncle: Clemson White and a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

    A kind hello, a gentle smile and always thoughtful to others – the legacy Tremayne“Easy” Rogers will leave behind – he will be missed but never forgotten.
