For I am now ready to be offered and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight. I have finished my course. I have kept the faith, henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness which the Lord God the righteous judge shall give me at that day; and not to me only but unto all them also that love his appearing. Mrs. Sarah Louise White was called home Sunday, July 25, 2021. She was born on January 26, 1949 to Minnie A Scott and Frank Williams. She attended Horry County Public Schools. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was a long termemployee of Dillon Yarn until her health failed.
Sarah loved being among her kids, grandkids and friends. Sarah was a hard working woman and loved working in the yard and fishing.
She was preceded in death by her mother: Minnie Agnes Scott; father: Frank Williams: two sisters: Beady Oliver and Rose Lee; three brothers: Earl Williams (Henrietta), Robert Jennings (Margaret) and Leroy Scott; special friends: Grand Fairley, Eula Hines (Big Mama) and Elease Coatney.
She leaves to cherish her six children: Mary Holmes (Pastor Clinton) of Hemingway, SC, SSG Arthur White (Simone) of Maryland, Rosemary Cooper (Dwayne) of Marion, Charles White (Brenda) of Pleasant View, Calvin White (Mary) of Conway and Sabrina Campbell (Levon) of Loris; four sisters: Janice Scott of Kingstree, Resia Henry of Florence, Lucille Scott of Conway, Daisy Smith of Connecticut; two brothers: Clay Scott (Laurann) of Marion, Lyndon Scott of
