Ronald J Smith

On November 10, 2015 Ronald Jerome Smith transitioned from this world and entered into eternal rest to be with the Lord.

     “Ron” was born on January 25, 1957 to Agnes Smith and the late Phillip Smith, Sr. He graduated from Mullins High School in 1975. Ron worked and served the community through his employment at Mullins Hospital and Jenkins Nursing Home. “Ron” also served his country and retired with 26 years in the Army National Guard.

     “Ron” leaves to cherish loving memories his mother: Mrs. Agnes Smith; two daughters: Yolanda (Marvin) Lewis of Columbia, SC and Yolisa Pickett of Martinsville, VA; one son: Ronald J. Smith, II of the US Navy: five grandchildren: Zaki J. Pickett, of the US Marines, Theodore Jackson, Elaisha S. Vance, Malaha J. Williams and Blessin K. Sanders; two sisters: Mrs. Mildred Fryson of Mullins, SC and Mrs. Joyce (Larry) Merritt of Pleasantville, NJ; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and neighbors he loved: Terry, Willie Harriett, Debra, and Joe Nathan Davis.
