    Robert Morris Johnson “Batman” was the beloved son of the late Morris and Edna Johnson was born an April 29, 1936 in Westmoreland County, Virginia.

   He attended Westmoreland Public Schools in Virginia. He was married to the late RemseyJohnson. He was employed in various farming jobs over the years.

    He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and personal savior in 2023.

    Those that have preceded him in death are his parents, Morris and Edna Johnson; his wife: Remsey Johnson; three sisters: France Smith, Annie Bell Morris and Barbara Nash; two brothers: Patrick Rich and Frankie Bankett.

    He leaves to cherish his memories, two daughters: Alicia Johnson of South Carolina and Frances Johnson of Alabama; one son: Kevin Rouse of South Carolina and his grandchildren: Ayisha, Taveres, Destiny, Tayshon and Virgil Junior; one sister: Virginia Jackson of Virginia and one brother: Danny Bankett along with a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and special friend: Alicia Collier
