Randy Fladger

Randy Fladger was born June 3, 1951 in Marion County, South Carolina to Mr. Jessie Johnson and the late Ruby Nell Fladger Johnson. He departed this life on December 5, 2015 at his home.

He was a 1970 graduate of Palmetto High School, Mullins, South Carolina. After graduation, Randy joined the United States Army, and served his country for three years as a member of the 82nd Airborne, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He was employed for thirty-two years with the Wellman Incorporation, Darlington, South Carolina.

 

Randy was joined in marriage to Audrey Rogers Fladger on February 17, 1973. This union was blessed with two children.

 

He was a faithful member of the Progressive Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Incorporated. He was baptized in Jesus name and received the gift of the Holy Ghost. He remained a loyal and steadfast member until his death.

He was a dedicated and loving husband, father, and a friend to everyone. His generosity and radiant smile will always be remembered.

Randy leaves to cherish fond memories: his devoted wife, Audrey Fladger; two daughters: Lakisha Fladger and Tamika Fladger of Mullins, South Carolina; two granddaughters: Briana Fladger and Journee Fladger Brown of Mullins, South Carolina; father: Jessie Johnson of Zion, South Carolina; brother: Adail (Sandra) fladger of Zion, South Carolina; one brother: Daniel Fladger preceded him in death; three sisters: Anna Belle Powell of Marion, South Carolina, Tasha Sellers and Florine Harrison of Dillon, South Carolina; sister-in-law; Bertha Fladger of Marion, SC; four aunts: Florrie Eaddy of Florence, South Carolina, Alice Nichols, Janie Brown, and Vera (Edward) McKenzie all of Marion, South Carolina; special friends: Deacon Archie Crawford, Walt Lee McDuffie and Dennis Rowell, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends.
