Patrice A. Johnson, loving mother of two and grandmother of one, received her wings on May 16, 2020. Tricey or Toola, as she was affectionately called by family and friends, was born on March 6,1981 in Fort Bragg, NC.  She was raised in various states in the USA as she was a child of the military.  She graduated from Hayfield High School in Alexandria, VA. Tricey relocated to the Carolinas and worked in childcare the majority of her life.

Tricey enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and most of all her children and grandchild.  She was known for enjoying nature as she loved to spend time at the beach, watch the sunset and sunrise.  She also loved to read and spend time with kids.  


She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Frances Johnson and most recently her mother, Patricia Johnson.


Left to cherish her memories are her father, SGM (Ret) Robert Johnson and her special Madre, Belem of El Paso, TX; her daughter, Janice Nichols and beloved grandson, Kason of Florence, SC;  her son, Dashawn Johnson of Charlotte, NC; three loving sisters, Reneshia (Duke) Cain of Minot, North Dakota, Robin Johnson of El Paso, TX, Brittany Bullock of Tacoma, WA; one brother, Dominique Johnson of El Paso, TX; maternal grandmother, Maggie Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
