~ The Obituary ~
Mr. Earl “Bupsy” Howard, Jr., son of the late Earl Howard and Lucille Smith Howard, was born in Mullins, South Carolina. Earl had one son Jarvis Taylor and is survived by his awesome wife Lourdes Swan Howard.
He attended Palmetto High and evolved into a man of his own who accepted his responsibilities.
Earl was a mailman in Washington, DC, a bricklayer, construction contractor and entrepreneur. He thoroughly loved cooking, planting flowers and designing artistic landscape layouts. He had a motto, “Stop talking about it and do it!”
He will be forever be cherished in the lives of his siblings: Earline Hickman and Martha Howard both of Washington, DC; Cleo Howard (Leon) Phillips of Mullins, SC; Lendell Howard (deceased), Oneal Howard (deceased), Willie Howard (deceased), Harold Howard (deceased), Allen Howard (deceased), Billy Joe Howard (deceased) and Ames Walter Howard (deceased) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
